I bring warmth, calm guidance and genuine respect to every older adult and family I support.

My approach to LumenLeaf grew from more than eight years of personally supporting my own mom through changing needs, appointments, advocacy, important decisions and eventually a move into retirement living. Through that experience, I came to understand just how overwhelming it can be for older adults and their families to figure out what comes next — and how valuable it can be to have someone trusted beside them along the way.

Known for my calm, reassuring presence and ability to listen without judgement, I believe older adults should remain involved in the decisions that affect their lives. My role isn't to take over, but to listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person, help make the options clearer, and provide practical support when it's needed.

With a Diploma of Professional Counselling, I bring professional training together with lived experience, empathy and a deep respect for dignity, choice and independence.

For added peace of mind, I have completed an RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check, hold Emergency First Aid/AED Level C and FoodSafe certification, carry business liability and business-use automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.
